I pride myself on being a family wellness practitioner which allows me to provide gentle and effective chiropractic care for people of all ages. Originally from Sudbury, I grew up playing competitive sports. I started chiropractic care as a child, and as a young athlete, quickly realized the massive impact regular adjustments made on my athletic performance, recovery, ease of movement and health overall. Through my years of training, I have gained valuable experience working in a variety of chiropractic clinics across Ontario. I have had the pleasure of helping families improve their health and be better connected to their bodies and the world around them.

It is a huge honour to advocate for the wellness of my community. My practice is focused on providing families with care designed to balance and eliminate the stress on their nervous system, giving them the opportunity to express optimal health, body functioning and well-being. When I’m not in the office serving my community, I’m found spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors.

When I was young I had my first experience with low back pain causing me to quit competitive sports. Having very limited options in rural Manitoba, I was given traditional medicine which made me feel better temporarily but because we covered the symptom, we never addressed the cause of the problem. My low back obstacle turned into a torn ACL(surgery, rehab) and later digestive challenges which changed the quality of my life. It wasn’t until I was introduced to chiropractic and the lifestyle philosophy that I was able to correct my initial low back problem, eliminate my digestive challenges, continue to achieve my athletic goals and thrive in my overall health.”
