Hola hola! If you notice a slight accent when I speak, it’s because I was born and raised in Mexico. What was meant to be a short 3-month visit to Canada turned into a 20-year adventure. My parents raised me to be independent which is what helped foster my love of trying new things. I love all things related to healthy living and I particularly love moving my body…walking, swimming, biking and working out.
I try my best to show my kids Sage and Henri how to lead a healthy lifestyle. After a lot of hard work, passion and studying, I became an ACE certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach. I absolutely LOVE making workouts functional, engaging and fun! I am naturally good at motivating people. I want to help you improve your posture, and strengthen your bodies so that you can maximize your chiropractic care and enhance your lives. I know I can help you make the appropriate changes that will be beneficial to truly being “your best version”. Whether you like to work out individually, as a group, in person or via online, I got you covered.
Contact me at the office so we can chat and make sure we both align with your goals.
It’s never too late to get started!
Let’s do this.
